Headway UK has launched a new set of surveys to gather data and experiences for our Action for Brain Injury Week 2024 campaign, A Life Re-written, which looks at identity after brain injury.
The two new surveys have been written to gather first-hand insight into your thoughts and experiences around identity after brain injury. One is for people with brain injury, while the other is for families, partners, friends and carers of a brain injury survivor.
Each survey takes around 14 minutes to complete and can be done anonymously. The information gathered will be really useful to help shape the services that ABI and carer clients need. If you want any help with the form then you can contact Colin at HNS.
