What is Outreach?
Outreach is another amazing service that we offer. It’s additional support for our members outside of Headway! It is a PA service to offer support and guidance with day to day tasks that we all take for granted.
Need support with organising bills? Have a hospital appointment but can’t go alone? In need of a bit of support to write a list and go food shopping? Want to build confidence in accessing the community? Relearn cooking skills? Then the outreach team have got you covered.
