Potteries ‘Arf Marathon
It is really fantastic that people give up their free time to support civic society. We, as a charity, are really fortunate that we have supporters who are keen to put themselves out to let people know who we are and what we do, and raise money for us.
There are many ways to do this and last Sunday was the Potteries Arf Marathon with and with determination and grit our walkers and runners joined over 2,000 others braved the weather and the hills of Stoke on Trent. We are pleased to report that all our heroes completed the course with head held high, and raised £177 on the day.
