Headway North Staffs SLT service is delivered by Aimee Williams from her company Speech Aloud.

Aimee is an  Advanced Speech & Language Therapist Highly Specialist in Neuro Rehabilitation.

Funded by a generous grant from the National Lottery Reaching Communities fund, we are able to provide this much needed service. The SLT service is available to non attending people at Headway House for a small charge.

In her own words…

I am a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist with 15 years NHS experience. I have worked as part of the multi-disciplinary team within the Major Trauma Pathway, helping patients with the most complex communication and swallow needs following acquired brain injury.

Specialising in neurological rehabilitation, I provide expert assessment, advice, communication support and therapy intervention to clients with highly specialist multi-disciplinary needs with a variety of neurological conditions and following acquired/traumatic injury. I am passionate about helping people achieve the goals that matter to them
