From pizza quizzes to pizza making, this day will be based purely around pizzas. Dressing up as a pizza is optional.

This is the year of the dragon.  We will be enjoying a Chinese themed meal, alongside lots of Chinese themed activities, Get your chopsticks ready.

Love is in the air. We will be having a love-filled day of activities and games followed by a three course meal.

Craig Locket, Senior Coach Disability & SEN Football and Activities, will be coming along from SCCT to run a small exercise group for all abilities. Craig has had a stroke himself and brings this experience to his sessions.

No loafing about, we will be making a variety of different breads in the training kitchen this week. It will be a boule!

A trip to ten pin bowling for fun and fitness. £10 per person charge. Talk to a member of staff to book.

We will talk about the difficulties faced on a day-to-day basis by wheelchair users.

Mika will get you moving and grooving in the comfort of a chair. Good for your heart, lungs and other bits and pieces.

We will be having a look back in History at how life has changed and famous women and what they have achieved. Girl Power!
