Our Summer Fayre will be at Headway. Stalls are available to hire for £10 per table. There will be lots of things to buy, eat and  drink.

This will be a themed week of well-being activities, from wellness jars to armchair yoga. A week when we find our ultimate zen.

Mika will get you moving and grooving in the comfort of a chair. Good for your heart, lungs and other bits and pieces.

We will be creating posters and writing letters to people that help and support us, alongside the local community. As part of the Thank You Day celebrations on the 7th July. It is just our way of saying 'thank you' for all they do.  For more information on Thank You Day click here.

Who doesn't love an ice-cream?  Today, we will have a try of making our own ice-cream and hopefully have a visit from the ice cream man so we can all have a taste of Summer.

Today we will be having a bit of a pamper morning and focusing on ways to look after ourselves for a healty body and mind.
